Our understanding of "Quality"
When we talk about quality, we're referring to much more than just the specifications of our products. As part of our daily work, we strive to optimize and perfect our products and their production processes in order to supply our customers with consistently high-quality products.
Of course, this also includes regular internal reviews and external audits of our processes. We aim to ensure continuous improvement for our customers. Certification in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is an important element of this effort because we never want to lose sight of our environment.
There are more ways that we define "quality": We offer a wide range of different services to fully address our customers’ questions. In addition to legally mandated documents such as material safety data sheets (MSDS), we also provide technical data sheets in numerous languages. Furthermore, we are continuously expanding the number of our regulatory data sheets and guiding formulations to make the work of coatings formulators as easy as possible.
