Virtual Stretching Guide

A virtual conference means sitting at a desk all day long. A few effective exercise sessions are the perfect way to stay fit and focused for the ECS 2021. 
That's why we invite you to our virtual stretching routine: Small dynamic exercises with a big effect. Let's take a few minutes to do something good for yourself!

Stretch your hip and knees

1. Hug one knee at a time and pull it toward your chest.

2. Hold this pose for 15 to 30 seconds.

3. Alternate.
 

Help your hamstrings

1. Sit on your chair and extend one leg outward.

2. Stretch your hands to your toes as far as possible.

3. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds.

4. Repeat it on other side.

Relax your shoulders

1. Raise your shoulders at once up toward your ears.

2. Drop them and repeat 10 times.

Stretch your neck

1. Lean your head forward.

2. Slowly roll your head toward one side and hold for 10 seconds.

3. Repeat on the other side.

4. Repeat three times for each direction.

Release your trapezius

1. Gently pull your head to your shoulder until you feel a light stretch.

2. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds.

3. Repeat on the other side.
